All poster presenters at NORM XI are required to follow the guidelines below to ensure effective display and presentation of their work.

Poster Submission
- Format: Posters must be submitted electronically in PDF format.
- Deadline: All poster files must be submitted no later than August 20, 2025.
- Submission Method: Submit via email to [email protected]
- Registration Requirement: Only registered participants may submit posters.
- Extended Abstract: A 5-page extended abstract must also be submitted using the official template.

Poster Display at the Venue
- Posters submitted by the deadline will be professionally printed by the symposium secretariat at no cost to the presenter.
- Printed posters will be displayed in the designated poster area at the symposium venue.
- Posters may be collected and taken home by presenters after the closing session of the symposium.
- Late submissions cannot be guaranteed for on-time printing and display.
Poster Pitch Sessions
- An electronic version of each poster will be displayed on large digital screens during the poster pitch sessions.
- Each presenter will be allocated 5 minutes to deliver a concise overview of their work.
- Presenters should prepare a clear and engaging pitch to summarize key findings and attract further discussion during poster viewing periods.
FILE NAMING FORMAT:
All submissions must be saved using the following format: AbstractID_Surname

POSTER SPECIFICATIONS
Size & Orientation
- Posters must be designed in A0 size, portrait orientation
- Width: 841 mm
- Height: 1189 mm
Layout & Readability
- Use clear and legible fonts throughout the poster.
- Ensure that font sizes are appropriate for viewing from a distance in a conference setting.
Units & Measurements
- All scientific data and measurements must be presented in metric (SI) units.
Copyright Compliance
Authors are solely responsible for ensuring that all content (text, images, data) used in their posters does not infringe any existing copyrights.
Additional Notes
- Presenters are encouraged to be present during breaks and dedicated poster sessions to interact with attendees.
- Technical assistance for poster pitch sessions will be available on-site.
